We are pleased to share that our M.Sc. student, Liad Vazina, recently spent a week in Professor Hisao Ishii’s laboratory at Chiba University, Japan.
During the visit, Liad gained hands-on experience with advanced characterization systems, including CFSYS, UPS, and LEIPS, and had the opportunity to learn new measurement techniques, work with unfamiliar equipment, and exchange knowledge in an international academic environment.
We are deeply grateful to Professor Ishii and the entire lab for warmly welcoming Liad, sharing their expertise, and making this visit such a valuable and rewarding experience.
Beyond the research, the visit also included meaningful cultural exchange, from evenings at darts bars and izakaya restaurants to karaoke with lab members:-)
